We understand that life happens, but missed appointments make it difficult for us to serve other clients who may be waiting. If you do not provide notice and fail to attend your scheduled time, it will be considered a “no show.” To reserve future appointments after a no show, a $55 deposit will be required.
To best accommodate everyone, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will also require a $55 deposit to secure your next visit. This policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and ensures we can continue to provide the high level of service our guests deserve.
